This family was an absolute joy to photograph. They joined me at the studio as a cold front was coming through town. Our temperature was dropping from 80 all week down to the 50’s, and it was starting to feel COLD! We decided mix things up and do some indoor and outdoor portraits. Have I mentioned how thankful I am to have such a great space behind the studio as well as inside? Or as Miss G would call it, “the enchanted garden”. She was not entirely happy about going outside, but she was a great sport about it. Her mommy and daddy were so patient during the session and helped make picture taking so much fun. It helped us get so many smiles, giggles, and natural faces. I just love this session and this family. Thanks guys!
We went inside the studio to warm up and shoot some mommy/daughter and daddy/son shots. I’ve never photographed a full family in the studio, and I wasn’t entirely sure that I wanted to when we first opened. But… I must say, these are some of my favorites from our session. The series of mommy/daughter ones just melt my heart!
