Konner’s mommy contacted me a few weeks ago to schedule his newborn session. As soon as she told me her story, I knew that this was going to be a very special session. Konner’s daddy was deployed to Afghanistan just a few weeks before his birth. He’ll be gone for almost a year. So he won’t get to see his little blessing this tiny. By the time he returns home, Konner will be crawling, babbling, grinning, and smiling. Goodness! I wish I could be there when they meet! So, until then, I hope these pictures can help daddy feel a little closer while he’s so far away.
