Thanksgiving 2012 | Nashville TN Family Photographer

I am so glad that Thanksgiving and Christmas fall in the winter months. If it weren’t for those holidays, I think I’d be a grumpy and miserable person for 3 months a year because I can’t stand the cold. Instead I have these holidays that keep me cheerful. Luckily we had gorgeous weather on Thanksgiving! We spend Thanksgiving at my oldest sister’s farm. She has tons of land, ponds, 4-wheelers, Rhinos, skeet shooting, bonfires… The list goes on and on, and I don’t think I have to mention it but my boys are in heaven there. This year they went squirrel hunting for the first time, and I shot a rifle for my first time. (I wasn’t any good at skeet shooting AND didn’t like it one bit, but I tried it and that was HUGE for this girly girl!) Anyway, these are my 2 sisters. They were 14 and 18 when I was born. I was a big “surprise” as my mom always says. I LOVE spending time with these 2.

While we’re there, my middle sister always manages to talk me into taking pictures of her beautiful kiddos. I complain, but I do love taking pictures for her.

My “baby” nephew is a senior this year. I can’t believe it! Isn’t he so handsome?
